Our Philosophy

At Little Rays 'N' Stars Daycare, we believe in providing a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for your child to learn and grow. This all begins with the philosophy of the Owner & Operator of the center, Mrs. Shila Ray. Shila is a MSDE licensed daycare provider who has been in the childcare industry for 20 years. She served as a lead teacher for various childcare centers before opening Little Rays' N' Stars Daycare in 2009.

Our philosophy is based on the understanding that every child is unique and deserves individual attention and care. We strive to create a space where your child feels comfortable, happy, and encouraged to explore their interests and abilities. Our experienced and dedicated staff is committed to fostering your child's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning and age-appropriate activities.

Our facilities are equipped with age-appropriate safety features and we conduct regular safety drills to ensure that everyone knows what to do in case of an emergency. We also provide nutritious meals and snacks to promote healthy eating habits and accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies your child may have.
